Also, great! Figueira offers a wide range of sporting opportunities, especially water sports, hiking (the famous Fisherman´s Trail runs right past!), horseback riding, paragliding, etc.

The nearest large city is the famous Lagos, with countless shops, restaurants, beaches, and the spectacular marina, 20 minutes away.
